  Sweet and Sour Pork


Ingredients:

1/2 pound boneless pork tenderloin, cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 diced tomato
1 small cup bamboo shoots
1 tablespoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon fresh root ginger finely chopped

Sauce:

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 green pepper, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

Preparation:
1. Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside in a bowl.
2. Heat the wok to high and stir fry the pork for 2 - 3 minutes or until brown.
3 Add the vegetables and continue frying with the pork for about 6 minutes.
4. Add the sauce ingredients and mix with the pork and vegetables, then add the corn flour.
