Stir Fried Pork and Spring Onions
Ingredients:
1/2 pound of lean pork, shredded
5-7 spring onions
1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
1 - 2 tablespoons ground nut oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 drops sesame oil, or to taste
Preparation:
1. Combine the pork,sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine or sherry and oyster sauce in a bowl and set aside for 20 minutes.
2. Wash the spring onions and cut into 2 inch lengths diagonally.
3. Heat the wok and stir fry the pork along with the marinade for 3 minutes.
4. Add the spring onions and fry for a further 3 - 4 minutes,making sure pork is cooked through.Serve hot.
