  Shrimp Noodles

Shrimp noodles



Ingredients:

1/2 pound egg noodles
1 egg white
1/4 pound shelled deveined shrimp
1 teaspoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 spring onions (scallions) finely chopped
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
1 red bell pepper
2 tablespoon ground nut oil, or as required
dash sesame oil

Preparation:

1. Beat the egg white with the corn flour, add the shrimp, toss and coat well.
2. Boil the noodles according to packet instructions.
3. Heat wok to medium/high and add the ground nut oil.
4. Add the pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
5. Stir-fry the shrimp and spring onions for 1 minute then add the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and dry sherry.
