Pork and Bean Sprout Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1/2 pound lean pork, shredded
1 teaspoon corn flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup beansprouts
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
2 drops of sesame oil
tablespoon oyster sauce
Preparation:
1. Heat wok to medium/high, add dash of oil and fry the pork until browned,then remove.
2. Re-heat wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for about 30 - 40 seconds.
3. Add the beansprouts and oyster sauce to wok and fry for about 1 minute.
4. Re-add the pork to the wok and stir to combine with the rest of the ingredients for 40 seconds. Add the sesame oil and serve hot and salt and pepper to taste.Serve hot.
