Fried Rice Hong Kong Style
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked cold rice
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon groundnut oil
2 - 3 hardboiled eggs finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste
2 tablespoon finely chopped spring
onions (scallions)
1/4 pound cooked chopped pork
Prepraration:
1. Heat wok to high and add the groundnut oil.
2. Add the cold rice and stir fry with the soy sauce and salt for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the chopped pork, mix through rice and continue to stir fry for about 30 seconds.
4. Add the chopped eggs, spring onions, sesame oil and combine with the rice until well mixed.
