Chinese Stir Fry Pork
Ingredients:
1 pound pork tenderloin
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 mince garlic clove
1 green pepper, 1 red pepper cored and de-seeded
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 small cup bamboo shoots, drained
2 - 3 drops sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
Preparation:
1. Cut the pork into thin strips
2. Heat the wok to high heat and add the oil. Stir fry the ginger and garlic for about 30 - 40 seconds and remove.
3. Add the pork to the wok and fry for about 5 - 6 minutes, or until it is brown, and remove.
4. Stir fry the pepper and the bamboo shoots for 3 minutes.
5. Mix the soy sauce with the corn flour and stir into the vegetables.
6. Add the pork to the wok and heat through. Stir so that all the ingredients are combined well. Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
